Clarify roles and handoffs
If work stalls between two people or teams, we look at who makes the decision, who does the work, and what the next person needs to receive.
BUSINESS ADVISORY & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
When every decision comes back to the owner, growth can make work harder to manage. Michael Brambila works with owners and their teams to decide what needs attention, who owns the work, and how to follow through.

If work stalls between two people or teams, we look at who makes the decision, who does the work, and what the next person needs to receive.
When several opportunities compete for the same time or resources, we help you compare them, choose what to pursue first, and assign responsibility.
Bring a recurring operational problem or a change you want to make. We work with you to identify the next actions and how you will know they are working.
AN EXAMPLE FROM BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Suppose a routine reorder sits for two days because only the owner can approve it. In an advisory conversation, Michael would ask the team to walk through that purchase. Who noticed the shortage? What did the buyer need to know? At what point did the work stop?
One possible next step is to give the buyer a spending limit, name the exceptions that still need approval, and review the next few orders together. That gives the owner a specific change to try and a way to see whether it helped.

Bring one decision or recurring problem, the people involved, and what a better outcome would look like. We use that example to discuss whether an advisory engagement would help and what it could cover.
